No more cravings, urges or desires for the foods you no longer want to eat.  If you want to eliminate those cookies you reach for at 4 o’clock,  in hypnosis you actually see the cookies and then feel your desire going to zero.

Create more time for youself after work and after dinner: I will teach you how to effectively manage your stress with simple, “do them anywhere, do them often” breathing techniques.  Relaxing your jaw, neck and shoulders continually through the day reduces a build up of tension. You will feel more able to do things you want to do after dinner instead of unhealthy zoning out like watching TV or unconscious eating.

How many times have you said I don’t have time for this or that? Consider how much time you can create by taking healthy relaxaion breaks.
